This week we’ll be looking at some of the beliefs
related to the crucifixion, and see what the Bible
has to say about them.  We’ll ask the questions:

*     Did it break God’s heart when Jesus was crucified?
*     Did Jesus experience separation from God on the cross?
*     Did Jesus go to hell before His resurrection?

C4 happens Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:oo, and
parents are always invited!

How we treat others is a proof of God’s work
in our own lives, and a mark of spiritual maturity.
We’ll look at what it means to love our neighbor
and reach out to those in need.

Does God hate religion?  Should we hate religion?
What if God just has a different definition for
religion?  This week we’ll look at James 1:26-27
to see what He says about it.

“Hear the Word” – James 1:19-21

  We’re continuing our study in James this week,
looking at how we respond to and receive God’s Word.

We’re also trying something new – come get in on it!

signs of growth in Him, as we become
conformed to His image.

The book of James deals with many signs
of both maturity and immaturity in a believer’s
life, and we’ll begin our study of it
this week at C4.
