to lead students to connect to God
and one another, building His Church
one life at a time.

THE STUDENT MINISTRY
IS NOT JUST FOR STUDENTS!

Biblically, parents are to be the main “disciplers” of their children (Deut. 6:4-9).  Our desire is not to attempt to take your place in that role, but rather to come alongside you and help you to do it to the glory of God.  Most Christian parents want to do this, but many are not sure where to begin.

Our desire is that the parents will play a vital role in the Student Ministry at Sharon Baptist Church.  We provide resources and support to help you be the “youth minister”
in your teen’s life, while also providing opportunities for students to experience community, fellowship and service.  We also provide connection to the body of Christ for students who do not have Christian support at home.

We strongly encourage our young adults to be involved in the larger church fellowship.  The Student Ministry is only a part of the ministry and mission of Sharon Baptist Church, and not an end or an entity to itself.
